“A B C St. Louis Select Pilsner Type Beer. Circa: 1936 – Mid 1937. This American Can Company, 12 ounce container, lists Patents Pending and was filled by A. B. C. Brewing Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri, U. S. A. Notice “A B C” is printed in large sized lettering on the face panel and the trademark “Keglined” is printed in red on both side panels. Note also, the Missouri State permit number “Permit No. Mo. U-918″, is printed near the bottom of the right side panel. This is the matching beer version to the previously seen ale. This Grade 1/1+ example is one of only eight quality examples known to the author, along with many lessor condition examples existing also.
